This company has grown into a home- and community- based facility, providing early intervention and health home care management services to toddlers, preschoolers, and school- aged children.\u00a0 Our staff offers the community a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder.\u00a0 Our staff is as pleasant and helpful as they are knowledgeable.\u00a0 Our bilingual (Creole, French, Spanish, Urdu, etc.) staff members consists of service coordinators, special instructors\/ABA, speech therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and health home case managers.\u00a0 Little Treasures has therapists and health home care managers available to serve children at home\/community based throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island; and Nassau and Suffolk counties.\u00a0 Our specialty is in bilingual services, especially in the languages of Creole, Spanish, Bengali\/Urdu, Arabic and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism.<\/p>\n In 2017, Little Treasures-Petits\u00a0Tr\u00e9sors<\/strong>, SLP, PLLC expanded to become a Care Management Agency for Health Homes Serving Children and Adults. Our need to continue to help children and adolescents with developmental delays, complex traumas, HIV\/AIDS, medically fragile, and chronic health conditions has driven us to expand our facility location in Cambria Heights to a facility located in Astoria, Queens. Our Care Management Agency (CMA) consists of Care Managers, who work with individuals and their families to develop and achieve the best quality of care needed by the individual. Our CMA is a family centered agency that takes an individual\u2019s quality of care very seriously and we do so with great pleasure.
